Everything was very good, so were nice views of Sarajevo hills. The staff was very amiable, knowledgeable all the time. The room was reasonably priced and brand-new as I wanted. The bathroom was spacious, with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. My stay here was very good!

Its nice and cosy, located in the very center and even though if the windows are closed the noise from the streets doesn't bother you.
I had to wait for about 5 min for hot water to start running in the morning.

located near the city center, clean room
unprofessional and unfriendly staff, modest breakfast, room located directly to the main noisy road, cleaning lady in the room before you need to empty the room

The lady in charge of the hotel is both helpful and friendly. She is enthusiastic in recommending local and economical restaurants and sights to go. If you talk to her more, she will even suggest you some unique spots to go such as a path leading up to the top of Sarajevo with a stunning overview of the city. If you choose one hotel to live in Sarajevo, B&B Divan is definitely the best choice.

The hotel is in a great location, set in the old town and within walking distance to cafes, bars, shops, sights and restaurants. It is also on the tram line so easy to get to sights outside of the village area and the bus station. The staff are very helpful, speak excellent English and will assist you with booking tours and making travel arrangements. The hotel seems relatively new - very comfortable and excellent value for money.
As you are in the centre it can be a bit noisy at night. This didn't bother me but for those who want a quiet nights sleep might want to take this into consideration. While I did enjoy my stay there were a couple of things that could be improved. I was in the mixed dorm and there was just one power outlet which didn't work and the heating was either not working or not turned on - you could feel a notable difference from the reception area to the room. The shower curtain and one of the two toilet brushes has seen better days.
